Cancellation Policy
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, your registration fee will be refunded. Your spot will then be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
If you cancel less than 4 before the start of the event, your registration fee will not be refunded. Your spot will then be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Unfortunately, the financial impact on Aether is too great to allow late cancellations in the final 4 weeks before the event, even in the case of a doctor’s note or other unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
In the event of a cancellation, you cannot choose who your spot is transferred to. The waiting list is decisive. To cancel, please send an email to aether@oneiros.be.
What if no tickets are available?
